Requirements

1. RENTER AND DRIVER OF PWC MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE WITH A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.

2. EACH RENTAL SESSION IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A $300.00 DAMAGE DEPOSIT MADE VIA: DEBIT CARD, CREDIT CARD OR CASH. DEPOSIT IS TAKEN AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SESSION AND IS REFUNDED AT THE END OF YOUR SESSION.

**** RENTER OF THE PWC IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES DONE TO PWC AND ANY OTHER PROPERTIES DAMAGED DURING THEIR SESSION***

3. EVERYONE RIDING ON PWC IS REQUIRED TO SIGN AND AGREE TO ALL WAIVERS BEFORE SESSION BEGINS.

A. Obey all no Wake Zones at all time.__________________________________

B. You understand you will be liable for ALL damages and will be charged.____________________

C. You agree to not let anyone else operate the boat beside designated driver._________________________

D. You will follow all boaters safety rules and regulations._______________________________

E You agree to abide by the TPWD rules and regulations._________________________________

F. You will have a spotter if in tow of a tuber.__________________________________________

G. You understand all Tickets and Fines while operating jet ski is 100% your responsibility and are to be paid by you._______________________

H. Jet Ski or boat operator MUST NOT BE INTOXICATED at any and all time of operation of jet ski or boat or will result in DUI or DWI._________________________________________

I. Late return fee- After 10 minutes a $10.00 fee will be charged and each additional minute will be $1.00 charged.____________________________________________-

J. Late Arrival- Time is only secured for time of appointment made. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED. Remainder of time is still available once arrived, within appointment time.___________________________
